LG Smart TVs run webOS and install apps from the LG Content Store. This guide is for viewers across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

What you need

• An LG Smart TV connected to the internet. The model number is on the sticker at the back.
• An internet connection of at least 30 Mbps, and 50 Mbps or more is good, because the connection is usually shared by the whole family.
• WhatsApp on your phone, to message us.

Setup steps

1. Make sure your LG TV is connected to the internet and working normally.
2. Open the LG Content Store, search for the app we name for you and install it. We confirm the exact name on WhatsApp.
3. Open the app and send us a photo of the screen that shows the code it displays. A photo is safer than typing.
4. We load your live channels, movies and series from our side.

Internet in United Kingdom

Most UK homes have broadband that is fast enough for streaming. The usual weak link is Wi-Fi in a large or older house, so place the router close to the TV or use a cable. Home networks are busiest between about 7 and 11 pm.

• Live events from other parts of the world often start late at night or early in the morning in UK time, so check the start time in your own time zone.
