How many screens can one account use?

A single account is for one screen at a time. You can install the app on several devices, but only one should play at once.

One account, several devices

The same account can be loaded on your TV, your phone and a bedroom stick. That is handy: you can start on the phone and continue on the TV later. The rule is that they are not used at the same moment.

Watching on two screens at once

If two people want to watch different things at the same time in different rooms, you need a separate subscription for the second screen. Trying to run two streams on one account can cause both to stop.

Adding an extra device

If you only want the app on another device, for example a phone beside your TV, there is a small charge for app access on that extra device. Message us and we explain the exact options for your case.

Moving to a new TV

If you replace your TV, that is not an extra screen. We load your account on the new device.
